Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders & delivery in United States ):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can

write to our customer support team on NubianBeautique@yahoo.com or call us on (689) 244-0421 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM and Sunday, 10AM to 2PM).

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2-3  business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Cancelled orders request will not be accepted under  any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has NOT yet been shipped.

If you would like to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests may be sent via email  with name and order number and we will discuss urgent order adjustment and/or cancellation request.

Once items are shipped the terms of our return policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.
